Manchaca Firehall Friday Night Music Schedule

The Manchaca Firehall has a long-standing tradition of a Friday night all-you-can-eat catfish dinner mixed with the harmonious sounds of bluegrass music.

Come enjoy the food and fun and make our tradition yours.

The current standing schedule for the Manchaca Firehall Friday night bands is:

1st Friday night ==> Hi-Tex (good country music)

2nd Friday night ==> Manchaca AllStars (house bluegrass band and one of our favorites)

3rd Friday night ==> WST Bluegrass

4th Friday night ==> Manchaca AllStars (house bluegrass band and one of our favorites) (at least for a few months until another 4th Friday band is scheduled)

5th Friday night ==> There are usually only 3 or 4 of these dates available, so you may just have to come and be surprised. Two of the bands that may play our 5th Friday dates are:

--- K'Cee (local songwriter extraordinaire that also operates the Firehall's songwriter night on Tuesday evenings.) -- brief hiatus in December. K'Cee will bring the songwriter night back in January 2007 (Jan. 9th).

--- The Ledbetters (wonderful bluegrass music coming to us from San Antonio)

--- "Dave Seeman & band" is new, but features some wonderful players, including our own Dave Seeman. They really have not decided on a name yet, so we are calling them this for now. After all, we do have a 'favorite' in the band.
